Joni was very professional, responsive, great at keeping up the fast paced market and an ace at spotting red flags or things that might need repair (like evidence of water damage or mold). What I really appreciated about Joni was how she took the time to learn my needs, wants, fears/concerns and always patiently factored that into our process. She was very much a wonderful and skilled advocate for me, especially during the offer/inspection/counter-offer phase, which made the process much less intimidating. Five star realtor!

We bought and currently own the Monticello 2 story walkout and have been very happy with the home. There were a few minor things that needed to be taken care of after the first year but that is to be expected with any new home and we had the same experience with our Pulte house years back. The finishes look amazing and we love the open floor plan! I also love the 4 car garage! I can store all my lawn equipment, trailer, toys and other items in my garage along with our car/minivan. I don't think I could ever go back to a 3 car garage. The only drawback is not having as wide a driveway as with a 3 car, but I can change that if need be. Overall, the mechanics and everything else have held up well with the house, we've been very happy with the design and layout, and can attest to Matt doing great work! We would definitely consider buying from him again although we don't expect to move for a very long time.

From helping us determine repairs & changes, to his staging team, photo shoot and prepping our house to put on the market he went above and beyond. Once listed, he was working with every potential buying group that came through and led to multiple offers in 5 days during a time that interest rates continued to rise. Ann just helped my husband and I buy our first home together and she made the process easy. Throughout the process, Ann was very professional and went above and beyond to help us find our perfect house. She guided us through the process with her experience, knowledge, and support every step of the way. She was easy to communicate with any time of the day, providing us with support and guidance whenever we needed it. Ann was patient with us when we were unsure of what we were looking for and was willing to see many houses with us. Her experience and knowledge was obvious as we walked through houses and put in an offer on a home. She took initiative to build a relationship with our mortgage broker and the other realtor in order to make negotiations go smoothly. She was there to support us through the inspection, the walk through, and signing the paperwork. We could feel how much she cared about helping us have the best experience possible and helping us stay calm along the way. Buying a house is always stressful, but she was able to reduce as much stress as possible through her support and personality. Best of all, she threw a house warming party for us at our new home and it was a HUGE hit. We are so thankful that we chose Ann to be our realtor and will be sure to use her again when we need to move to a bigger house.
